Stop Gmail from sending sent items to your Blackberry

Do you have a gmail account? Do you own a blackberry? If you answered yes to both of these questions then you probably have had the annoying instance of having your sent items pop into your blackberry inbox. It can get pretty frustrating if you send out tons of emails. You can prevent this by happening by setting up a Stop Send Box Gmail Filter in your weblient. Here’s an example.
Works like a piece of cake.

Somehow, I’m having this problem and I don’t have a BlackBerry. A friend tried adding me to her messenger list or something and now all my email bounces back. Any advice?
